Arabic Qalam – Online Arabic Lessons
Thank you for choosing Arabic Qalam for your Arabic language learning journey. Our Arabic language learning policies are designed to provide a professional, organized, and effective experience for all students.
1. Booking & Lesson Confirmation
All lessons must be booked through the official Arabic Qalam booking system. After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your lesson details and the Google Meet link.
2. Trial Lessons
The free trial lesson is designed to:
- Understand your Arabic learning goals
- Assess your current Arabic level
- Discuss the most suitable learning approach
- Experience the teaching method used in Arabic Qalam lessons
This trial lesson provides an opportunity to create a suitable learning plan based on the student’s goals and needs.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson, as well as missed lessons, may be charged as completed lessons because the reserved time has been allocated exclusively for the student. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please make the request as early as possible through the booking system or by contacting Arabic Qalam.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Lessons begin at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the lesson will continue for the remaining scheduled time and will not be extended.
5. Lesson Packages
Our lesson packages are designed to support consistent learning progress. Package lessons should be used within the agreed validity period and are personal, meaning they cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by Arabic Qalam.
6. Online Lesson Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A stable internet connection
- A suitable device for online Arabic lessons
- A working microphone and camera when required
- A quiet and suitable learning environment
Technical issues on the student’s side may affect the available lesson time.
7. Learning Materials
Arabic Qalam may provide students with educational materials, including PDFs, exercises, and additional learning resources. All materials are provided for personal educational use only. Copying, sharing, selling, or distributing materials without permission is not allowed.
8. Children's Lessons
For children’s lessons, parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the child:
- Joins the lesson on time
- Has access to the required equipment
- Learns in a suitable environment
Parents are welcome to communicate with Arabic Qalam regarding their child's learning goals and progress.
9. Learning Environment
Arabic Qalam aims to provide a comfortable, supportive, and professional learning environment where students can actively participate and make progress in their Arabic language learning journey. Students are encouraged to participate actively and communicate openly during lessons to achieve the best possible learning outcomes.
10. Privacy & Personal Information
Arabic Qalam respects student privacy. Personal information collected during booking, communication, and payment processes is used only for managing lessons and providing educational services. Student information will not be shared with third parties without permission, except where required by law.
11. Policy Updates
Arabic Qalam reserves the right to update these Arabic Qalam terms and conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
